To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collective Audience shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law (for EU users) or New York law (for US users). Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Paris or New York respectively.
